Social media automation, set up and run for you every month

Our social media automation service plans your calendar, has AI draft the posts and short videos, routes every piece to your approver, then schedules, monitors and reports on it for you each month. It suits marketing and ops leads at US companies who want a steady, on-brand presence without hiring a full in-house team or babysitting five tools.

Quick answer

What is social media automation?

Social media automation is the use of software and AI to plan, draft, schedule and monitor posts across platforms so a small team can publish consistently. Done well, AI handles volume work such as first drafts, resizing and comment sorting, while people own strategy, brand approval, replies that matter and the monthly read of results.

  • We build the system and then operate it monthly, so you approve posts instead of producing them.
  • AI writes first drafts and cuts short video; a named editor checks every piece before it reaches you.
  • Comments and DMs are sorted by urgency, and anything sensitive goes to a person, never an auto-reply.
  • LinkedIn accounts are never automated; we draft the posts and your people publish them.

01

What does a done-for-you social media automation service include?

It covers the full monthly cycle: a content calendar tied to your offers and dates, AI-assisted drafting of copy, graphics and short clips, a brand approval step, scheduled publishing, inbox triage and a report. You get finished posts to approve rather than a blank calendar to fill.

The split of work is deliberate. Models are fast at variations, captions, resizing a clip for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, and tagging incoming comments. They are poor judges of tone in a complaint thread or of whether a joke fits the week's news, so those calls stay with our editors and your approver.

  • Monthly calendar built from your campaigns, launches, seasonal dates and content pillars.
  • Drafts in your brand voice, generated from a style guide and approved past posts.
  • Short vertical video assembled from your footage, product shots or templated scenes.
  • Scheduling through Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later or Metricool, whichever you own.
  • Comment and DM triage with a human reply queue for anything beyond routine questions.
02

How does the approval workflow keep posts on brand?

Nothing publishes without a human yes. Each draft moves through three states: generated, edited by our team, approved by your nominated reviewer. Approval happens in a shared board or inside the scheduling tool, and a post only gets a publish time once it carries an approval stamp.

We write a brand rulebook during setup covering banned claims, product names, words you never use, competitor mentions and topics that always need legal or leadership sign-off. The drafting prompts read that rulebook, and an automated check flags any draft that breaks it before an editor even opens it. When you reject a draft, the reason is logged so next month's prompts improve.

03

How often should a business post, and on which platforms?

Pick the two or three platforms your buyers actually use and post there consistently before adding more. Hootsuite's posting guidance, based on its 2025 data, suggests roughly 3-5 Instagram feed posts a week, 1-2 a day on Facebook and LinkedIn, and 3-5 a week on TikTok, while stressing quality over quantity.

We treat those numbers as a ceiling to test against, not a quota. A B2B manufacturer may do better with three strong LinkedIn posts a week and a weekly Google Business Profile update than with daily posting everywhere. The calendar is set from your goals and capacity to approve, then adjusted from what the monthly report shows.

04

Do AI-generated posts need a label on Meta, TikTok and YouTube?

Sometimes, and we handle it as part of publishing. Meta applies "AI info" labels on Facebook, Instagram and Threads and asks users to disclose realistic AI-generated content. TikTok requires creators to label realistic AI content. YouTube requires disclosure of realistic altered or synthetic content, such as a real person appearing to say something they never said, but not for animation or help with scripts and captions.

Our rule is simple: if a clip shows a realistic synthetic person or scene, it gets the platform's disclosure toggle set at upload, and the label decision is recorded with the post. We never generate fake reviews or testimonials; the FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule, announced August 14, 2024, bans AI-generated reviews from people who do not exist. This is not legal advice.

05

Why don't you automate LinkedIn accounts?

Because LinkedIn forbids it. Its help center says it does not permit third-party software, bots or browser extensions that scrape or automate activity on the site, and accounts that use them risk restriction or shutdown. Your founder's profile is worth more than any time saved.

So on LinkedIn we draft posts, carousels and comment ideas, and a person on your team publishes them from their own account. Company page posts go out through LinkedIn's own scheduler or an approved scheduling integration, never through a bot logged into a personal profile. If personal profiles are a priority, our LinkedIn lead generation service goes deeper.

06

How is community management handled without losing the human touch?

AI sorts the inbox; people answer what matters. Incoming comments and DMs are pulled into one queue and tagged as question, praise, complaint, sales lead, spam or urgent. Routine questions with a known answer, such as opening hours or a shipping policy link, can get a suggested reply that an editor approves in one click.

Complaints, anything mentioning safety, refunds, legal threats or a named employee, and every sales inquiry skip the suggestion step and go straight to the right person with context attached. Sales leads can be pushed into HubSpot or Salesforce as contacts with the post they came from.

07

What do you report each month?

A short report you can read in five minutes, plus the raw numbers behind it. It shows what was published, reach and engagement by platform and pillar, top and bottom posts with a sentence on why, response times on comments and DMs, and leads or clicks traced to social where tracking allows.

Each report ends with three changes for next month, which we agree with you on a call before the new calendar is drafted. The service is quoted as a fixed monthly fee after a free review, and the social accounts, scheduling tool, brand rulebook and every asset stay in your name.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can social media be fully automated with AI?

Drafting, resizing, scheduling and inbox sorting can be automated. Strategy, brand approval and replies to complaints or sales inquiries should stay with people, because that is where a wrong post costs real goodwill.

Which scheduling tools do you work with?

We usually work in the tool you already pay for, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later or Metricool. If you have none, we recommend one during the free review and set it up in your name.

Will followers know the posts were written with AI?

Captions and scripts drafted with AI help do not need a label on the major platforms. Realistic synthetic people or scenes do, and we apply the platform's disclosure setting whenever a post includes them.

Do you post to LinkedIn for us?

We draft LinkedIn posts and your team publishes them from their own profiles. LinkedIn prohibits bots and automation tools on accounts, so we never log into a personal profile with software.

Is paid social advertising included?

Organic management is the core service. Paid campaigns can be added as a separate scope, because ad spend, targeting and creative testing need their own budget and reporting.

How much time does our team spend each month?

Mostly approvals and one monthly call. Approvers typically review a batch of posts at a time rather than one by one, and urgent inbox items come to them with context so replies are quick.
