Outbound
Outbound lead generation as a service, from first list to booked meeting
Our outbound lead generation service defines who you should be prospecting, builds and verifies the lists, sets up sending domains, writes and runs the sequences, and books positive replies onto your sales calendar every month. It is for US B2B founders and sales leaders who need a predictable flow of first meetings and would rather not hire, train and manage a cold email agency team in-house.

Quick answer
What is outbound lead generation?
Outbound lead generation means contacting prospects who have not yet reached out to you, usually by cold email, LinkedIn and phone, to start sales conversations. A managed service picks the target accounts, builds verified contact lists, runs personalized sequences from warmed domains, sorts the replies and books interested prospects onto your calendar.
- We run the whole program monthly: targeting, lists, domains, copy, replies and meeting booking.
- Separate sending domains protect your main company domain from deliverability damage.
- AI personalizes first lines from real research, and our team reviews copy before every send.
- Gmail, Yahoo and CAN-SPAM rules are built into setup, not bolted on after a spam spike.

What does an outbound lead generation service include?
It includes every step between "who should we sell to" and a meeting on your calendar. AI does the high-volume parts, such as researching accounts and drafting personal openers. Our team owns targeting, copy approval, deliverability and the judgment call on every reply.
This page covers outbound, where we start the conversation. Capturing, scoring and routing leads who come to you is a different build, described on our AI lead generation page.
- Ideal customer profile and disqualifiers, agreed in writing.
- Account and contact lists built in Clay or Apollo, then email-verified.
- Secondary sending domains, inboxes, authentication and warm-up.
- Multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn tasks and optional calls.
- Reply triage, meeting booking and CRM sync into HubSpot or Salesforce.
- A weekly pulse and a monthly report on sends, replies and meetings.
How do you build a target list that is worth emailing?
By writing the ideal customer profile before touching a database. We agree industry, headcount, region, the trigger events that signal need (a new location, a hiring push, a funding round) and hard disqualifiers. Lists are then pulled in Clay or Apollo and checked by a model that reads each company's website for fit criteria a filter cannot see.
Every contact is email-verified, deduplicated against your CRM so current customers and open deals are excluded, and tagged with why the account qualified. Small, accurate lists beat large, loose ones: bounces hurt deliverability and irrelevant emails burn your reputation with the very market you want.

What are the Gmail and Yahoo sender rules for cold email?
Since February 1, 2024, Google requires every sender to Gmail to have SPF or DKIM, valid forward and reverse DNS, TLS and a spam rate under 0.3% in Postmaster Tools. Senders of 5,000 or more messages a day also need SPF, DKIM and DMARC with an aligned From domain, one-click unsubscribe and a spam rate ideally under 0.10%. Yahoo has matching rules and honors one-click unsubscribes within 2 days.
We therefore send from secondary domains that resemble yours, never your main domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set on each. New inboxes warm up for several weeks before campaigns start, daily volume per inbox stays low, and we watch bounce, spam and reply rates per inbox, pausing any that drift.
Is cold email legal in the US under CAN-SPAM?
Yes, if it follows CAN-SPAM, and there is no B2B exemption. The FTC's compliance guide requires accurate headers, subject lines that do not mislead, identification of the message as an ad, a valid physical postal address, and a clear opt-out honored within 10 business days. The business is responsible for anyone sending on its behalf, and penalties can reach $53,088 per violating email.
Our sequences carry your postal address and an opt-out line, unsubscribes sync to a suppression list across every domain and tool within hours, and subject lines are reviewed for anything misleading. Phone steps involving autodialers or AI voices fall under the TCPA, so we keep calls human unless consent exists. This is not legal advice; check your program with counsel.
How does AI personalize outbound emails without sounding robotic?
It writes from evidence, not from a template with a first-name merge. For each account the model reads the website, recent news and the contact's role, then drafts one or two opening sentences that reference something real and connect it to the problem you solve. If it finds nothing specific, the email falls back to a strong segment-level message instead of inventing a detail.
Our team approves the core sequence copy for each segment and spot-checks generated openers every batch. Sends run through tools such as Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist, and sequences stop the moment someone replies, books or opts out.
What happens when prospects reply?
Every reply is read and acted on within business hours. A model sorts replies into interested, not now, wrong person, objection, out of office and unsubscribe, and a member of our team confirms the label before anything is sent back. Interested prospects get a short, human-approved reply with your booking link or proposed times.
Booked meetings land on your calendar with a brief covering the account, why it qualified and the thread so far. Referrals to a colleague become new contacts, "not now" replies get a dated follow-up task, and everything is logged against the contact in your CRM.
How much does a cold email agency or outbound service cost?
Published blog ranges for outsourced outbound retainers run roughly $3,000 to $25,000 or more a month, clustering around $5,000 to $12,000, while pay-per-meeting models are reported at about $50 to $500 per meeting and higher in B2B tech. Running costs also include data, sending tools and domains.
We quote a fixed monthly fee after a free review of your market, offer and sales capacity. The domains, inboxes, tool accounts, lists and copy are registered to you, so the program and its history stay with your company if you ever bring it in-house.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does cold email still work in 2026?
It can, when lists are tight, domains are authenticated and warmed, and messages are relevant to the reader. Most failures come from sending too much to loosely targeted lists, which damages deliverability before anyone reads the copy.
Will cold email hurt our main company domain?
Not if outbound runs on separate sending domains, which is how we set it up. Your main domain keeps handling customer and employee email with its reputation untouched.
How is your service different from a cold email agency?
The scope is similar, but we build the system in your own accounts and use AI for research and drafting with human review. If you stop working with us, the domains, lists, sequences and CRM history stay with you.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No. Meeting volume depends on your market, offer and deal size. We agree targets after the pilot segment, report against them monthly, and change targeting or messaging when results fall short.
Do you use LinkedIn automation tools for outreach?
No. LinkedIn prohibits automation software on accounts. LinkedIn steps in our sequences are tasks a person on your team completes, using messages we draft for them.
Do I need a CRM before starting outbound?
It helps. We work with HubSpot and Salesforce most often, and if you have no CRM we can set one up so every contact, reply and meeting has one shared record.
